Not sure I want to forget Norton so will look for uninstall reinstall instns 1st. Yes, Windows 10

BitTorrent not uTorrent. Tried what you suggested, deleted and reinstalled BitTorrent also, No success,
Must be a setting/something but I'll be damned if I know.

FYI uTorrent 2.2.1 fixed my problem

I use an older version of uTorrent, myself. No need for bells and whistles.

Same here, U torrent version 2.2.1 is the best version. Never equaled.
