Unable to upload torrent

OK. I've been strugglin with this for like 1 week now. I can't upload a torrent anymore. In the attachment section, I select the torrent, hit upload but it will take forever and the request times out. Tried in Firefox, IE, and now Opera, same thing, gives several errors, like 400, 406, 500.

Tried renaming the torrent in case it had special character, but no go yet... It's driving me nuts... And I've uploaded torrents before. So anyone has a clue?

Re: Unable to upload torrent

What application are you using to make the torrent file? It may be that the application you are using is making really large torrent files and so they aren't able to be uploaded.

what she said.

1) please right click the .torrent file you are uploading and choose 'properties' - how big is the file? (xxxkB, x.xMB, etc)

2) open the program you made the torrent with, check the settings / options and see what the "piece size" is set to be - post that here.

3) select all the files you are adding to the torrent, right click, properties, and see what the total size is. Post that figure here, as well.

We'll figure it out

Re: Unable to upload torrent

1. I use uTorrent to create the file.
2. The size is 12,6 KB, so it's normal.
3. The size of the directory is 267 MB
4. For piece size I always use Auto Detect.

EDIT: i tried again and it worked! hmmm... hope i don't get the prob again! thanks for the help
