A Little FireFox Help (Users)

So I left my computer running this weekend because I had some torrents running, and I came back, restarded, and when I tried to open Firefox, it asked me about what profile I wanted to use, and I couldnt use the "Default" becuase it said it was already running (as it was not, i checked my task manager). But now I cannot go back to it, and I cannot find an option for it. Any help?

Yea its really really annoying because everything is like when I first DL'ed FireFox, none of my plugins, and none of my bookmarks, and none of my cookies
