4GB file size limit when capturing video in Vegas
I'm running into a problem when capturing HD video from a Canon HV20 using Sony Vegas 7.0. I end up with several clips that max out at 4GB instead of one continous clip. I tried it on two different drives, each NTFS. I've captured plenty of standard definition clips and never had this problem. I'm running Windows Vista with 2GB of RAM.
Any suggestions? No members have liked this post.

Re: 4GB file size limit when capturing video in Vegas
You probably have scene detection turned on in the capture settings. Turn it off.
Other thing would be FAT32 but you say they are NTFS.
