FLAC WARNING: skipping unknown sub-chunk 'LIST'

I have seen this a few times recently. Anyone know what it means and if it's something to be concerned about?

Re: FLAC WARNING: skipping unknown sub-chunk 'LIST'

That's extra crap some program saved the .wav header that isn't part of the standard spec for wav headers. flac.exe is letting you know it saw it, but ignored it because it isn't part of the audio data.
