Shareef Bustani, it looks like you have made a minor error this time, your customers are not being redirected to your latest message or the Hostgator.com ERROR 404 - PAGE NOT FOUND message.
Remember that you have changed the link to your message from http://thehcforum.com/hungercity/lastchance.html to http://thehcforum.com/hc/lastchance.html.
That might - or might not - be the reason your customers don't see it if they try to connect to http://www.hungercity.org/torrents.php or http://www.hungercity.org.
I will post it here for you, so people can read it now, untill you get it fixed.

(it took me 2.09 seconds to check, if it is down for you, go shout at your IT support or ISP)
BTW: The status code I got was 302 and I was redirected to http://thehcforum.com/hc/lastchance.html

As you can see isitdown.co.uk was correctly redirected to the new link http://thehcforum.com/hc/lastchance.html

Maybe you should have another look at the Hostgator tutorial on how to create a correct url redirect to your latest message and to the Hostgator.com ERROR 404 - PAGE NOT FOUND message.

Oddly, I'm still leeching something from the tracker that is connected to and subsidized by HC, so the tracker is still running and files are being transmitted. Bizarre.
