[Help] Needed about lossless/lossy audio frequency

Hey there!
Excuse me if this question sounds very silly for some of you who is specialized on taping and gear. But I am a little confused:

I have a few recordings of a band and I am trying to confirm if the sources I have tagged as "Lossless" is legit or if it's lossy version. I have installed AudioChecker and Spek (To analyze the frequency).

Example 1:
Source: AT853s > SP Battery Box w/ roll-off @ 69hz > Sharp MD-SR60
Transfer: Sony MDS-JB920 > coaxial S/PDIF > Hoontech ST-DBIII > SoundForge 5 > FLAC
Screenshot of Spek: https://ibb.co/fhD65J
NOTE: This was seeded by taper.

Example 2:
Equipament: MD: AT822 w/bass roll off > Aiwa AM-F65
Screenshot of Spek: https://ibb.co/mr3jsy
Note: Got it from the waves files from taper.

Final example:
MD: Home-made Binaural Mics > Sony MZ-R55
Note: Here's a screenshot of one of concerts I think is 100% legit: https://ibb.co/i6PUQJ

Conclusion: Why some of them seems to be lossy, even if it was seeded by the own taper? Is it due the mode it was recorded? Compressed MD or something like that?
if yes, is there any other way to analyze these to confirm if its a legit lossless or lossy?

There are a few shows released by tapers but when I check frequency it doesnt seems to be lossless or above 20Khz. What I am doing wrong?

Thanks for the help

Sure looks like lossy encoding from the screens, but to be absolutely certain you'd need a program with a better color map ("perceptually uniform colormap") and zoom in a little closer.

There's a reason that TTD no longer allows mini disc recordings.

*NEW minidisc recordings. If it's a source master from before 2008, they're all good!

What are the dates of those shows?

Re: [Help] Needed about lossless/lossy audio frequency

So almost all MD recordings from 2000-2004 might be lossy?

All atrac MD recordings are lossy. There are HiMD recorders that record LPCM 16/44.1 lossless wav files, too! Those are still acceptable anytime, although I don't think they were available until later on...
Now, there's "lossy" and then there's "lossy", if you know what I mean! Haha! Those older minidisc recordings that are from MD masters might be "lossy" but as legacy masters there is no lossless version that they have been downsampled from, so they are as good as it gets...
There's something to be said about the atrac format of encoding that MD recorders used, in that it's still compressing data in a way that throws away some data and makes it lossy, but it does it in a way that is less somewhat damaging to the music. Less lossy than a comparable bitrate eMPty3 file, for example...
So, yeah, all ATRAC MD recordings are lossy, but not quite as lossy as the dreaded eMPty3 file might be. No reason to completely forget about them...
