Bugs, that pretty much nails it, except 2 minor points.
1. Surely ShaReef has his own driver by this point.
2. I doubt it's a Cadillac versus Gremlin, it's more like asking ShaReef to ride in a 2013 Cadillac instead of a 2014 model.
The 2014's are out, they hit showroom floors about the same time as this latest money grab.

a later thought. Here and elsewhere, some folks said they had reported the HC going-ons to paypal's fraud division, and were urging others to do the same.
It could be that paypal may have shut off the tap and he needs to come up with an alternate loot delivery system before the begging recommences, although that is pure speculation on my part.
