Snail Mail Trading - Old Posts

Hi folks. I keep seeing 1, 2 and 3 year old threads being resurrected by new members, hoping for a trade from someone who might not be trading, or even a TTD member any more. Would it not make sense to prune threads over (say) a year old (or less)? Would it not also be a benefit to the server?

Just sayin'...

Good idea. I've been noticing the same lately. I'll put it on my list of things to do this morning.

Re: Snail Mail Trading - Old Posts

OK, I just got rid of a ton of threads in both the Snail Mail forum and the ISO forum. Any threads that had no reply in the last 500 days (I don't know why I picked that number, I just did) is out of the public view. I also made it so if you go into either of those forums, only threads from the last year are shown by default.
