Question Lossy or not?

I'm not sure if this recording is lossy or not. It's a capture of a BBC broadcast from 2002. The spectral and frequency analysis looks strange to me. Downloaded from Easytree, no lineage given.

that not only looks strange it looks very strange!

perhaps MD, most certainly lossy. this doesn't look tradeable to me.
