PowerDVD will allow you to play DVDs on your PC.

There's a 30 day trial version available.

If you want free DVD playing software, check out VideoLAN VLC Player:

Re: playing dvds on my pc

Any codec plays every DVD, doesn't matter if it is PAL or NTSC.

What a problem exactly do you have? No sound; chocking video; no playing DVD from HD or/and DVD player.
