How do I seed?

OK I've searched the forum but I cannot figure out how to get this to start seeding:

http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/...ad.php?t=36288

I upped the torrent file to the tracker but I can't figure out how to get Azureus to seed the show. Can someone tell me how to get it going?

Re: How do I seed?

You need to download the torrent from the thread in order to seed. And then basically follow these instructions: http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/...ent#faq_window
