slow download speeds
i download in between 5-20 kbs. is this normal or can i do something to speed this up? thanks for your help in advance

speeds depend on many factors:
Your connection How many seeders (and thier speed) How many leeches Firewalled peoples Upload caps etc. there is a link somewere in the FAQ or something on this about "Getting The Most Out Of BT"
