port forwarding

I have turned my firewall off. I have gone to my router and made 6881 6889 for utorrent. Utorrent still says I am firewalled. ??? I want to give back and not just download. Please help.

I just checked my router and I'm using port 15400 for uTorrent but I don't remember why I chose that port. I just checked their website, and they say NOT to use the ports you're using:

"It is generally recommended to not use any port in the range 6881-6889 or ports under 1025. Any other port except for 25 or 110 is acceptable."
