no more ban on MiniDisc recordings made after 2008-01-01

The main reason is that the ban made no sense in the first place as very few people can hear the difference with ABX testing. PCM (WAV) recorders are inexpensive and there are apps for your smartphone that can make PCM recordings. If you have any Minidisc recordings that were affected by the prior ban, you may now post them. Great, thank you, I didn't make the switch till March 2010 so there were a few of my recordings I couldn't share from 2008-9
