Nero DVD Menu Help Needed

I'm in the process of making my first dvd (DMB 9.19.09) and I've run into some problems with making the menus. I'm using Nero Vision and have everything set up how I want it, but when going to the preview area not all the buttons will highlight.

Each song is it's own chapter, but as I press down on the virtual remote the song selection arrow skips over some songs. It'll go 1, 2, then 4, then 7, 8, 11. On the way back up it will hit some of the ones skipped going down, but not all of them. Then pressing right and left just makes the arrow go in a circle between 3 consecutive titles.

I tried pretty much everything I could think of, including remaking the entire menu, and I can't figure out how to get it to work. Any suggestions??

Re: Nero DVD Menu Help Needed

Issue is Nero doesn't allow manual linking. Try centering the menu items. Do the skipped items have short names? Add spaces in front and behind to provide a larger footprint. See if this helps.
