Tag your shows, please - this is 2016. Also, I use etree standard only... the rest of you looney fuckers make a mess of my directory structures & get renamed after I stop seeding.

bandnameYYYY-MM-DD.source.flac16
bandnameYYYY-MM-DD.source.flac24

Also, if you tag the files using foobar, you can number the files, and that will be the order they are played on the players.

Tags are not much use when you burn the files to play on a cd player.
CD text?

Re: Why are tracks left unlabled?

use EAC

It would be nice to at least see song titles in the filename tag. I go through and retag everything to my pattern after I have copied it and retain the original.

Re: Why are tracks left unlabled?

I use this to burn CDs now... CDrtfe_Portable

http://portableapps.com/apps/music_v...drtfe_portable

It burns directly from flac files & will do CD text automatically if you tag your files.

Excellent, looks very like k3b (Linux) which was my favoured burner for years.

Not for tagging....just good sense....BUT, for the wankers who, usually with a crap ratio, say....any artwork for this? Or complain about tracking, sound quality, etc....

Re: Why are tracks left unlabled?

Because I taped the damn show!

Now it has very famously been said, as soon as you put something out there...everyone is free to do what they want with it. So do as you see fit.
