Question maximum upload rate?

How do I determine my maximum upload rate so that I know where to most appropriately set it? I'm using BitTorrent version 4.0.1 which uses a sliding scale at the top of the screen...right now I have it set right in the middle at 256 kb/s, but I don't know if this is too much or too little.

Re: maximum upload rate?

It depends on your Internet connection speed / service with your ISP. Do you know what the up/download rates are on your Internet package?
