Angry My torrent was pulled

I posted an Amy Winehouse torrent. It was the first one I ever posted on any site. Now I know why. There are so many different rules that have to be followed it is amazing anyone is allowed to post anything. Whatever information I had on the recording I put up..all the original notes from the taper as well. I had non idea a sattellite recording was not allowed and for that I am sorry. If I had known, I never would have put it up.

What irritated me was the fact the original poster chastized me for it when he posted on another site. If this kind of thing presents a problem..why post anything? Because the audio is from a superior source it can't be posted..I really don't understand it. I'm struggling to learn this thing because it is fun and I want to share my collection. I feel like i'm being punished for nothing. And I'm sure a lot of my fellow traders would agree.

Re: My torrent was pulled

don't take it personally

webcasts are not allowed on this site

this is a site specifically designed for ppl who care about quality over quantity. maybe it is not the site for you?

if you are worried about your next torrent being pulled please post about what you're planning to put up here and we can help you out to the best of our abilities. Also show you how to generate the required ffp/st5 fingerprints.

your show would not have been pulled on most other sites like this! only this one.

ps did you tape that one? (curious)

thanks for your efforts anyhow

Re: My torrent was pulled

Hey yankeefan15, as was stated, please don't take it personally that your torrent was pulled. We have certain rules we wrote for the site that we try our best to follow and if something breaks a rule, then we have to pull it. If you are worried that a show you want to put up may be pulled, then you can always post here and get 'pre-approval' for it.

The main goal is to just have some fun, so please don't let it get you down. We've all had a torrent pulled (yep, even me!).

Re: My torrent was pulled

@Five , you wrote :don't take it personally

_______________________________________

If y o u pulled it, I guess you read all given info within the posting for this
torrent (before it was pulled) ? That may answer your questions.

But it seems you pulled it without reading - seems to be the standard here -
so especially for you FIVE: This was recorded by me, created flacs given
away twice what was wrong, upped on PLG anyway and it was and still is a RADIObroadcast no webcast. If you need anymore info don't hesitate to ask.

BTW, don't take it personally and if you don't understand after reading, ask for clarification. And no, I'm not pi***** in any way and I'm not ironically, I by myself just try to understand after reading everthing I can find to avoid rash decisons. Just my half cent, or even less.

have a nice day

Besides webcasts, Digital Satellite Broadcasts are also not allowed on here. So, that was a good reason to pull the show, as well as their being no fingerprints/checksums posted.
