Question slow/no upload speed

i am using bittorrent 5.0.4. when the torrent has finished downloading, any u/l speed i get is less than 10 kbs, if i have any u/l speed at all. i am not firewalled. has anyone else had this problem? can anyone help me?

maybe there is not many leachers at the torrent!? or too many seeders so that most of the stuff thats being uploaded for the leachers comes from them as they have a better connection to the leachers...

Both of the scenarios sikamikanico83 wrote are possible, as is the one where if you try to seed too many shows at once you may also get choked since your upload speed to any particular torrent may be very low. The best thing to do is to pick just one or two torrents that need seeding and try to upload to them. It looks like you are uploading to just one show right now and your upload speeds are just fine there.
