I saw them on a couple of my seeds lately. Why don't you use Peerblock to block these leeches, that's what I did. Works like a charm and at the same time you also block others (Amazon, Google and many others) who want to scoop your PC.

Ive tried peerblock a couple of times and it always seems to start screwing up after a bit for some reason.

it wouldnt update correctly, and seemed like it just stopped working after a minute. Also I saw someone talking about something called VPN on another forum, that sounded like it might be more the way to go.
