PowerDVD will allow you to play DVDs on your PC.

Any codec plays every DVD, doesn't matter if it is PAL or NTSC.

What a problem exactly do you have? No sound; chocking video; no playing DVD from HD or/and DVD player.

thanks for the answers guys.. i thought i had a problem & was in a hurry to figure it out.. when in the end there wasn't a problem at all.. just an oddly burned dvd.
