unavailable torrent file uploads

I am having problems with a few uploads I am trying to do. I did a torrent addition to the upload page which then got lost (not entirely sure how). Thus there are zombie versions of some of the torrent files lurking around somewhere. I get a torrent upload error if I try to recreate these uploads, the systems seems aware that the torrent files exist but doesn't expire them. Does anyone know how to track down either the missing upload file or the zombie torrent files? Any help appreciated. A good test case may be the David Binney upload, but today's issue is Philharmonia Baroque.

Thanks
Audfellow
