Resetting Old Account

I can't for the life of me figure out how to reset the password of my old pmonk account?

The email that I used to create the account never gets an email when I submit the forgot password?

For a couple of weeks I was able to log onto the account but now TTD doesn't recognize my password?

Re: Resetting Old Account

Try using your AOL email (if you still have it written on the slip all of your passwords are on)

Re: Resetting Old Account

I bet the admin will tell you they don’t have access to your password (ha) but can change the email registered to the login (or tell you what it is) then you can use the lost password function. Try DMing the admin
