BURN AUDIO DVD WITHOUT GAPS?

Sorry if this has been ask about before(i've looked on here but couldn't find the answer).

I'm trying to Burn Audio(24 Bit) ONLY DVD without the gaps between each song.

I can burn the Audio onto the DVD and it does play, but it has GAPS between EVERY song. (I want to be able to Burn concerts onto DVD).

I'm on windows 7 using ImgBurn. I have no problems Burning Video DVD.

I'm pretty LOW-TECH, so i'd appreciate any HELP.

In the dialogue for creating the disc, are you making sure that it's set at either DAO or SAO (cann't remember which imgburn uses)?

Ah man, i apologize, but i didn't know there is a difference.

This is what i did:I burned the 24 bit Audio only onto a DVD-R(is that a standard DVD?). Is that why i have gaps?

I've heard about DVD-A, but not sure what that is. Should i be trying that?

I appreciate the help for my LOW-TECH ass>LOL!

Re: BURN AUDIO DVD WITHOUT GAPS?

DVD-R is fine, you will not find any DVD-A blanks that just indicates the format you burn is DVD-A(udio)

DAO = Disc At once
SAO = Session At Once

These are burning options in the burning program

Re: BURN AUDIO DVD WITHOUT GAPS?

DVD-A requires a specialised. DVD-Audio player. I guess that you,re just trying to burn a DVD to play on a standard player. I'll download Imgburn ontto my windows laptop over the weekend and see if I can figure out where you're going wrong. Btw, I doubt that lplex is malware and think that webroot has given a false +ve (it happens)but for your peace of mind, I can understand you not using it.

Re: BURN AUDIO DVD WITHOUT GAPS?

Are you actually making a DVD (with VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS) folders or does the disc contain flac or wav files?
