Question DL:/UL Speed Test Message

At dslreports.com I ran a speed test and saw this, what does it mean? Thnx.

Warning: ISP upload compression was detected. Your upload speeds may be inaccurate.

many dsl providers use compression schemes to move data faster and increase speeds, particularly the loading of web pages. you will frequenty see them refer to this as "turbocharging" or similar terminology. it is not a bad thing or something to be overly concerned about. the detection of this compression is very unreliable, with many false positives. Are your speeds close to what they should be? if so I wouldn't be concerned about this as it probably doesn't effect downloading from here.
