How to Post FA & SA

This is kind of a dumb question: I have done a spectral and frequency analysis with cool edit pro, EAC, and Audacity. Now I'm wondering, how can I post it up on this site.
I've just gotten into snail mail trades (a little late), and I have a lot of shows, and I am trying to see if any are lossy. Some of them look different, and I'm no expert so I'd like a second opinion.
