This is not a SBD but sourced off an FM-broadcast (which can be found out by simply listening to a track). The spectral analysis confirms this, as there is a transmission signal. Suchlike material is not lossless per se, as it has been compressed and does not have full CD-DA quality. No members have liked this post.

Lossy - yes. FM sourced - more than likely.
I'm not gonna d/load it to check for sure, but the amount of "missing" data above 16000hz is a giveaway. Also, (without doing another Spec Analysis to confirm) the "blocks" above 16000hz would have a more uniform shape to them if compressed.
