User unable to log in or reset password
I'm posting this publicly in hopes of getting a mod's attention. A friend of mine is a longtime member of this site but cannot seem to log in. He cannot reset his password (never gets the email), and has tried emailing and never gets a response. If a mod would reach out to me I can give them his username. Thanks for any help.

What email is he sending to I regularly check the [email protected] account, pretty much daily. If he wants to drop me a line there I will sort it out.
