It looks lossy to me, I'm just not sure how. MD? Or maybe it's just FM. This one isn't clear-cut to me. Cueing more able people...
DETOUR: "She's Not There" by the Zombies? If so, is it a 60s radio show?
I thought FM had a carrier tone up in the higher frequencies, seperate from the "real" signal.

maybe mp2 or a webcast?
Maybe.
Do we know more information on the (alleged) source? Lots of people say "FM" when they actually recorded from digital radio - mainly through ignorance (using "FM" as a generic term for radio) but occasionally to avoid their torrent being banned.
If you can name the band, date and venue, then we should be able to find out if an MP2 broadcast or webcast happened.

I'd call that lossy. I can see little hyphen-shaped blocks floating just above the cutoff. The lineage can't be right. Also no carrier red stripe http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/images/icons/icon13.gif
