yuck. that looks totally lossy from what I can see. if you want to send me a sample drop me a pm and I can double-check it from home for you.

next time its better to FLAC it and provide about 5-10 seconds.

still, looking at this and you screenshots I'm convinced this is a bad source.

it can be seen from the first screenshot that the cutoff isn't straight across, so eq (analog or digital LPF) is right out of the question. sorry about the bad news, I know it sucks getting an mp3-sourced show! :disbelief
