'same source', lineages vary

Have two different file sets, one reportedly from VGP silvers (no specifics on the rip), another from cdr copy of VGP069 via EAC secure mode. The SA's and FA's vary greatly. The silver source sounds much brighter and fuller. Both sound like soundboards to me.

With my limited knowledge of graph assessment, I can not see that they are both from the VGP :disbelief
1.) Could either or both be sourced from video?
2.) Can these both be from the same original source (the VGP)?
3.) Would the non-lossy set be allowed here?
