Here is some kind of version history of the Atrac codec used in MiniDisc devices.

Here are 5 flacs that Lucifer burns sent to me that were converted to WAV without error and zoomed in on 2 seconds. FA's and SA's analyzed with CEP in black and white.

Need opinions if these are LPCM mode mini disc recordings. I believe them to be LPCM and not ATRAC.

and maybe a 10 seconds snippet in flac format.
... plus the known lineage, concert date (artist).

There seem to be digital artifacts in there.

It's a shame this continues to keep me from uploading ANY Hi-MD Minidisc Master recordings here.

But i constantly see "officially" released material shared here and NOT Banned !!!

See above , and everytime i upload a MD Master of mine from 2008 or newer it gets removed.
