I recently sifted through my bootleg collection and these 3 have me confused. I received them from someone I normally trust but they just look wrong to my amateur eyes:

Track 1:
spectrum: http://imgur.com/I9xMx.jpg
frequency: http://imgur.com/BrhMd.jpg
song snippet [wav format]: http://www.sendspace.com/file/gf5e51 (http://imgur.com/BrhMd.jpg)

Track 2:
spectrum: http://imgur.com/be4rM.jpg
frequency: http://imgur.com/SJ0fG.jpg
snippet: http://www.sendspace.com/file/ga26dl

Track 3:
spectrum: http://imgur.com/RAbkU.jpg
frequency: http://imgur.com/eJQ8L.jpg
snippet: http://www.sendspace.com/file/96cqwk

Unfortunately I can't find any info on equipment used for taping, who transferred this how etc.

You'll need to re-do the spectrums

First, adjust the spectral readings in Audacity so that it covers the full CD range.

Edit>Preferences>Spectrograms

Set Maximum Frequency (Hz): to 24000 (this will also be suitable for 48k files such as typically found on DVDs, etc.

Then redo your screenshots on a 2-3second portion of the track and re-post.

Thanks a lot for that hint, hope I didn't upset anyone with such noob images.
If these aren't useful either let me know:

I'm pretty sure 1 and 3 are mp3. I think that 2 might be from minidisc.
