easiest video editing software?

hey there, whats the easiest video editing software? I need something thats easy and user friendly and has effects/transitions etc...

i have the following on cd but don't know which ones to use:

sony vegas, adobe premiere and pinnacle studio

I think those are all about the same in terms of difficulty.

I prefer vegas. 2nd choice would be Premiere.

Use premiere, if you come into trouble, you will have the best chance of finding a fix for it. That's just my opinion though.

never used vegas before, but have used premiere and its fairly straight forward
