What are the seeding rules??

Is there a limit on the amount I can that downloadt at first?? I am trying to download more than two torrents and the third isn't picking up. I have experienced this on other sites where you can only download 1 or 2 torrents at a time in the beginning. I have searched and have not found a "Rules section" I have fixed my firewall and the first two are dowloading really fast but I want to download some more of the same series. Can anyone explain this to me?
