my traders little helper is broken??

hello,

I got this message while trying to check sector boundaries (which took forever) can anyine explain this to me please?!?!? how do i fix it?

this is going to make me look really dumb but where is the shntool file located exacly? is it in the TLH file?

I reinstalled TLH but got the same results as above?

What am I doing wrong!!

All this is new to me!!
