Is this recording lossy sourced?

Hi to all,
I just downloaded a show in FLAC format and compared spectral analysis with a MP3 256k source and it looks identical. Any thoughts?
I've attached screenshots of both FLAC file and MP3 file spectral result.

(p.s on both version the song is misslabelled, the title is in fact "Naked As We Came"... and yes there's a digi-flaw at the beginning of the song + it is over-recorded)

this one is lossy for sure. it is almost identical to the mp3 version you provided, just a tny bit of disortion in the left channel is the difference. not sure which file has the additional noise, but I would guess the flac version. so, unfortunately, the mp3 is most likely the better of the two sources.
