Fuzzy MD?

I just got 3 shows all with a similar look to them. It looks like a nice MD skyline, but the upturned parapets at the edges of the blocks are all blurry. MD then high level mp3? Something else like wma? A different MD? Thoughts?

The other funny thing is the mono looking frequency.


This one has the highest frequency blocks, Supposedly SBD, no other lineage.

Looking at that pic, MD -> MP3 does sound plausible to me.
