Italian bootleg - MD?, with some high noise.

The spectrum looks MD to me, but what is all the stuff in the upper frequencies? Does this look reasonable? The entire thing seems a little flat.

Yes, this very much looks like MD.

As for the stuff at the top of the spectrum, wtf. It's kinda like a faint flipped image of the lowest frequencies (vaguely similar to what EAC's spectral view does).

I'm at a loss as to how this stuff got there (though I can kinda imagine weird filters doing that >_>)

Edit: on second thought, it must've gotten there after MD data was decoded, and the noise floor in the treble range suggests that this was likely an analog transfer from MD. So the hardware used for transferring this might be to blame as well.
