Having trouble finishing downloads even with seeders present

Didn't know how to search this in the technical threads, but I'm having trouble finishing downloads even though each of them has multiple seeders present. Some info:

1) using BiglyBT 2.4
2) I'm not Firewalled
3) I have a really healthy share ratio and always keep torrents seeding

This was part of a batch download of the Beatles Anthology Director's Cut (5 separate DVD torrents. I'm completed 3 of the 5 but the last two have been dormant for the past few days despite having seeders available in each. Did I download too much at a time and reached a limit? If so, how long do I wait before it can start again?

Forgive my ignorance as I've never run into this problem before. Many thanks in advance!

only thing I could suggest is delete the torrent from your client, shut down client and restart the torrent fresh with the partial data you have so far

I did try that a few times and still nothing. So strange.

Have you tried a different torrent client? Maybe something got lost with the current one you are using.

Haven't tried that. What do you recommend that works on Mac Catalina OSX?

UPDATE: Went and tried Deluge (recommended here on TTD) and it did the trick! I don't know what happened in Bigly but i'm glad it finally worked.
