Cant seem to download anything

I am unable to download anything. Tried via two computers in different sites.
Torrent handlers are frozen. Any advice?

Download the torrent file. Right click on the torrrent file. Click Open With. Choose default program.

Make sure whatever torrent program you are using is the default.
