Not a valid DVD folder issue

I know this has probably been asked, and I have searched quite a few pages before asking, but my Power2Go V5 is giving me a "The selected directory is not a DVD folder. Please select a valid DVD folder" message when trying to burn the latest Clapton Filmore DVD and the 1971 Chicago at Tanglewood DVD . I've burned many DVDs with it, but I am getting this message on these two. I can't see where there is a problem, as those with Nero have had no problems. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Re: Not a valid DVD folder issue

Switch to IMGBurn or Ones. Also, make sure you are just burning AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS to the disc, and that your video ts folder contains only .vob, .ifo, and .bup files.
