I traded with him twice before tapetrader went down, and he sent me a bad disc, and three copied retail DVDs over the two trades.

After tapetrader went back up he contacted me for a third trade. I told him about the bad disc and the three copied retail DVD that I didn't want, and after that he stop replying to my emails.

You should also be aware that he uses a DVD duplicator to copy discs, instead of ripping and burning software. It's not possible to check for errors on the discs he copies.
