What does invalid menu handle mean and how can I fix this? Thanks.

A bit more info would be helpful... but:
1. Corrupted or missing menu file
2. Error caused by an authoring program - i.e. reported for some version of DVD-Lab Pro
3. Disc access problem

First two would require to reauthor disc.
