lossy or not?

Hi,
got a show that i'm wondering whether it's lossy or not.
it appears to me to be lossy, but the trader i got it from doesn't think it is. He thinks it was likely recorded to DAT at 32khz.
here's a couple of piccies and a sample...

it's an FM recording recorded to DAT

Re: lossy or not?

no way that's 32kHz DAT, quite positive its atrac MiniDisc, which even tho lossy is mostly acceptable for trading. sounds it, too. there's a couple sticky threads up top where you can compare SAs & see what I mean.
