Identifying NTSC or PAL on a mac

hey all...I'd like to know of an app (I know there's AVIcodec for windows) for mac that'll let me know if my DVDs are PAL or NTSC...

Open your media file with QT, MPEG Streamclip, ffmpegX etc. If the frames per second (fps) are 25, it's PAL. 29.97 is NTSC and 23.976 is NTSC film.
