What is this?

Hi there. Does anyone know what this is, or means? Is it standard in the description of the drive?

Windows will automatically create crash dumps (crash information stored in dump files) whenever you get a Blue Screen of Death crash (technical details see here). Judging from your screenshot these dump files are stored on drive C.
