Suddenly I can't edit my thread title

http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/...ad.php?t=35485

I made that thread back in March and I was able to update the title 6 or 7 times (as you can see in the thread). But now it seems that I can't edit it. If someone can manage, can a mod change it to "Rage Against the Machine video trades (updated 12/18) also looking for Christmas presents for my friends (look inside)", or explain what I'm doing wrong?

I changed it but I don't know why you can't hopefully one of the admins will be along to explain.

Re: Suddenly I can't edit my thread title

300,000 minutes = 5000 hours = 208.33 days.... I guess you exceeded that limit, eh?

Let's see.... 2 years = 730 days = 17520 hours = 1051200 minutes. OK, how does a million minutes for editing the thread title sound?

Re: Suddenly I can't edit my thread title

Thanks dc! I can edit it again myself now...how strange.

And how about three million minutes? I plan on bumping that one thread for years to come.

Thread Editing

Why am I unable to edit the title of the thread? I usually realise I have thrown in a typo or two, but am unable to fix it. Why not let us edit the title?

Re: Suddenly I can't edit my thread title

You can edit the title. How are you trying to do it? You should hit Edit on the post and then the title should be there for you to edit.... unless the thread is in a closed-to-posting forum, that is (like Pulled or Inactive Torrents).

Sorry Lynne, but no. I can edit the content, but not the title. I'm in the tapers forum and the title is not available for editing. You're a mod, which is why you can edit it. Don't know why it's not available for us plebs - unless it has something to do with the lounge...

Whoops, I meant you have to go to edit, and then Go Advanced. Then the title should be there.
