Anyone seen this before ?

This is claimed to be ripped from Silver. Never seen this artifact @ 13000 Hz before.

Any ideas ?

Obviously, it's a bit low in the frequency to be from like, a carrier broadcast. That artifact in addition to the sharp drop in the FA at that frequency might be from the transfer process....?
